Cooking Instructions

Cut the plantain with the back and boil. -
Peel off the back once is done and keep aside. -
Cut the red pepper, onion, -
Bleach the palm oil and fry the sliced pepper and onion -
Then add salt and stockcube. -
Stir and simmer a bit -
Then add the diced vegetable. -
Lower the heat and stir the mix till tender enough for you -
Serve with the boiled plantains
